RUSAL swings to $124 mln IFRS net loss in January–June
MOSCOW, Aug 13 (PRIME) -- Russian aluminum producer RUSAL posted a net loss of U.S. $124 million in January–June after a net profit of $625 million in the same period of 2019, as calculated under International Financial Reporting Standards, the company said in a statement on Thursday.
Adjusted net loss decreased 35.7% to $63 million, normalized net loss was $76 million after a normalized net profit of $666 million.
Revenue fell 15.2% to $4.015 billion, adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization decreased 58.3% to $219 million.
Net debt decreased 7.8% to $5.964 billion.
